To provide leadership continuity, the Board has appointed Mr Geoffrey Cockerill as Interim Chief Executive Officer, commencing 29 September 2026. About Mr Cockerill Mr Cockerill is an experienced executive and company director with more than 30 years of leadership experience across large and complex organisations in Australia and internationally. His career has included senior leadership roles with Diageo Australia and Lion, and with Subway Systems, where he served as Regional Director for Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia and as a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team. Most recently, Mr Cockerill was Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed Vitura Health Limited (ASX: VIT) and, before that, Chief Executive Officer of ATP Science. Across those roles he has led organisational transformation, operational improvement, cost and efficiency programs and commercial growth initiatives. Mr Cockerill has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors program and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources. He is based in Brisbane. Key terms of engagement In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, a summary of the material terms of the engagement are set out below. Term Summary Position Interim Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the Board through the Chair. Mr Cockerill is not a director of the Company or any of its subsidiaries. Nature of engagement Independent contractor Term Initial term of six months, which may be extended by agreement between the parties. Fixed remuneration A daily fee of $2,100 (excluding GST), inclusive of superannuation, on the basis of five days per week. Incentives Mr Cockerill is not entitled to any short-term or long-term incentive, equity or equity-based award, or any completion, success or transaction-related fee. Termination Either party may terminate the engagement on four weeks’ written notice. The Company may terminate immediately for cause.
