On 12 June 2026, Microba announced a capital raise to the ASX consisting of: • Placement - a placement to raise $5.0 million before costs by the issue of 100,004,240 ordinary shares (New Shares) at $0.05 per New Share, plus 100,004,240 free-attaching options (New Options) on the basis of one (1) New Option for every one (1) New Share subscribed for under the placement (Placement). The Placement will complete in two tranches, with 91,344,455 New Shares being issued under tranche 1 of the Placement (Tranche 1 Placement Shares) and 8,659,785 New Shares being issued under tranche 2 of the Placement (Tranche 2 Placement Shares). All New Options for both tranches of the Placement will be issued at the same time as the Tranche 2 Placement Shares. • Share Purchase Plan - a share purchase plan to eligible Microba shareholders to raise up to a further $1.0 million before costs by the issue of approximately 20,000,000 New Shares at $0.05 per New Share, plus approximately 20,000,000 free-attaching New Options on the basis of one (1) New Option for every one (1) New Share subscribed for under the share purchase plan (SPP Offer). The Tranche 1 Placement Shares were issued on 18 June 2026 and an Appendix 2A has been lodged with the ASX for quotation of those Tranche 1 Placement Shares.
